We purchased our Swim spa this year and we are very happy with the product and highly recommend this business. Kuma is always on hand to help with any concerns and we were completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. The swim spa heats up very quickly, at little cost, and is a pleasure to swim in knowing it is chemical-free. Being Australian made and owed also gives us peace of mind if there is any maintenance that is required in the future.

Is great spa in today with heat pump .. less bill than our old spa and high gas price too .. as well as more clean with less chemical too

We just purchased a new spa for my parents. And Kate at Halo Spas was and still is fantastic with her customer service. Any question my parents had Kate would always answer and if she didn’t no it she would find the answer then ring my parents back. She made everything so easy and comfortable for my parents from delivery to setting the spa up. And to top it off the spa is fantastic! So a very big thank you to Halo Spas and especially Kate who has gone above and beyond! Definitely Recommend halo spas great services and great products

Quality product that's made in Melbourne. I'd done a lot of research and was lucky enough to have come across the brand at the home show last year. We needed to upsize as our kids were now teenagers and it was tough to fit more than 2-3 of them into a spa. Overall very happy with the product and great support from Kumar on the entire process from delivery to setup. I was also lucky enough to visit the factory, see the production and grab a few spare connectors for the heat pump, impressive operation.

Our new spa we we purchased from halo spas has been brilliant experience, and lovely guy kumo who sold it to us was so helpful in every way possible, couldn’t have got anyone better, would highly recommend these spas , and it’s so great they are made in Australia 🇦🇺, giving Australians jobs etc , I rang kumo few days ago for some information on thee spa about maintenance ect , he answered straight away and was so helpful, would diffently recommend these spas
